Ingredients

12 Slices Castle Wood Reserve Black Forest Ham

3 Green Bell Peppers, washed and cut into 1” cubes

1 Pineapple, trimmed and cut into 1” cubes

1 small Red Onion, cut into 1” cubes

12 Bamboo Skewers, soaked in water, approx. 45min.

2 Sprigs of fresh Thyme

Salt

Pepper

Canola Oil

Directions

Prepare Kabob ingredients as stated above, have everything ready for assembly. Preheat grill to high.

Assemble Kabobs alternating with the ham, pineapple, red onion, and peppers. When finished, gently brush the Kabobs with Canola oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Grill Kabobs on a very hot grill rotating every 2 to 3 minutes. When Kabobs have been removed from grill, season with fresh thyme leaves and serve immediately.
