Directions

Place the slices of Texas Toast before you and spread mayonnaise over 4 of them, spread mustard on the other 4. Spoon raspberry preserves over the mayonnaise and follow with two slices of Oven Roasted Turkey. Top the mustard with 2 slices of Virginia Ham. Top the ham with a slice of Swiss cheese and flip the turkey onto the ham side to complete the sandwich.

Whisk the egg and milk together to make an egg wash. Heat a pat of butter in a medium hot skillet. Dip each side of sandwich in egg wash and place in skillet. Cook the sandwich till it browns nicely on each side. Repeat procedure to remaining sandwiches.

Serve immediately with a sprinkle of confectioner’s sugar.
